2021 Update – See you on Labor Day weekend!

Greetings Harvest Festival Fans,

Many of you are wondering if and how the Harvest Festival plans to proceed this year and It’s my hope that I can answer some questions to the best of my knowledge.
We do plan to have a Harvest Festival this year so mark your calendars for Labor Day weekend, Sept 3-5, 2021. We will be sending sponsorship opportunities out soon as we are making some changes to them for this year. We want to thank Comcast for agreeing to be our title sponsor and for hanging in there with us through all of our changes and cancellations last year. We’re incredibly blessed to have such wonderful support again this year.
We will be accepting vendor booth registrations at the beginning of March, and we will post here and send an email when they are ready.
If you paid for a booth space last year and chose to roll your fee over to this year: we have you on our list and will communicate with you separately, closer to the March 1 date.
We are also planning to continue with the parade, however registration for this start in late Spring and will be announced here and by email.
As we were unable to celebrate the Harvest Festival in our customary ways last year, we felt it appropriate to mark this year as our 99th Annual Festival. Then, if everything goes as planned, we will mark next year as our 100th anniversary. We will still plan to have a great band for Saturday night and as many of the same great events you’ve come to love about the Harvest Festival as we possibly can.
As we return to planning the Festival over the next few months, please bear with us if we have to make some adjustments or changes to events and rules. We realize how much this festival means to the Town of Windsor and we can’t wait to see you all again!

Thank you again and stay safe and stay healthy,

Casey Johnson
Windsor Harvest Festival Committee
