2020 Update

Greetings Harvest Festival Fans,

We hope that you are enjoying your Summer as best as possible with the current situation.  As it pains us greatly to write this update, we feel it's necessary to be transparent to our sponsors, vendors and you, the festival fans.

Due to the limitations of 175 people per large gatherings imposed by Jared Polis and the State of Colorado health department, we are unable to proceed this year with our usual hometown festival.  We will still have some smaller events, such as the Balloon Launch on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, and we may even have a fireworks show (waiting for confirmation on this), but this year's schedule will be modified a lot compared to the last 98 years.  We have tried very hard, from every angle, to prevent a modified and limited schedule this year, but unfortunately our hands were tied.

This year, the Town of Windsor Parks and Rec department has graciously volunteered to help create some smaller events for the Harvest Festival weekend, so that while we're staying apart and waiting out this virus, we can still have some fun in our town.

Coming in the next couple weeks, we will have a modified schedule for the weekend with some fun things you can do and see from home or from small groups.  Although it won't be the same this year as it has been in the past, we hope that for next year, our 100th year of the Harvest Festival, it will be our best year ever.  We also have some great surprises in store for next year!

So, from the bottom of our hearts we want to say "THANK YOU" to every one of you (vendors, sponsors and our cherished guests) for making this festival the best it's been, and next year we can't wait to see you all back out at Main Park, Boardwalk Park, and Eastman Park.

From all of us on the Harvest Festival committee: Kathie, Tara, Lexie, Mike, Nicole, Kesia, Bill, Reece, Alison, Calvin, Jessica, and Casey, we hope that you will be healthy and safe during these times, so that you can join us next year!

Thank you again and stay safe and stay healthy,

Casey Johnson
Chairman
Windsor Harvest Festival Committee
