Windsor Harvest Festival Arts & Crafts Booths
September 5 & 6, 2010

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Each space is 15’ x 15’, and will be on the grass. Please watch for blue markings on the grass that denote water lines when setting up tents. Absolutely no driving on the grass will be permitted.
  2. Set up will be Saturday, September 4th  after 3:00p.m. or Sunday September 5th between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m.
  3. There will be security in the park from dusk to dawn on Saturday and Sunday nights.
  4. No water or electricity will be provided.
  5. Each exhibitor is responsible to collect tax.
  6. Each exhibitor selling product is required by state law to obtain a Special Events License. Please have your license prior to returning your application. (Contact your local Tax Office for information.)  We are required by law to provide a list of vendors to the State of Colorado and the Town of Windsor following the show.   7. No one is allowed to camp or sleep in the park. Camping is allowed at Chimney Park.
  8. No RV’s over 22’ can be parked on the street at any time. RV’s are to be parked at Chimney Park.
  9. Pets please leave them at home.
  10. The Town of Windsor, The Chamber of Commerce, and the Harvest Festival Committee assumes NO responsibility for loss or damage to any product, display, or person.
  11. No guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are to be sold (including fake weapons of any kind). No drug paraphernalia is to be sold. No fart bombs, bag bombs, champagne poppers, or any exploding devices of any kind may be sold. No silly string, disappearing ink, or anything that can be squirted or sprayed may be sold. This is to protect all of our vendors, their merchandise, and our visitors.

Violation of any rules and regulations of the Festival will result in expulsion of the show.

Dates: September 5th and 6th, 2010
Times: 9 am to 5 pm, or later
Cost: $75.00 for 2 days;  $100.00 for applications post marked after August 10, 2010.
